Sara K.
Consultant
As a junior consultant, it is particularly important to be curious and have the desire to get to the bottom of things.
You will be responsible for a variety of topics that you have never considered in such depth during your studies. Your team will depend on your analysis and work being reliable and conclusive. So if you enjoy taking responsibility for issues and digging into new areas, you will be a very good JC.
In addition, you will be in constant interaction with clients to collect data, understand data, and derive implications. A high level of communication skills and a goal-oriented approach are also very helpful.
Last but not least, as at every level, you will spend a lot of time with your team. An open, positive personality is always most welcome. ;-)
