What would the work-life balance be like? How many days would you be travelling a week?

Hi Esther! Usually you travel for four days per week (i.e. flying out on Monday and flying back on Thursday).

To add on Nicolas: generally, work-life balance is depending a lot on the project. A highly emergent restructuring case is, for obvious reasons, more stressful than a longer transformation project. But we are currently implementing a lot of tools (more sabbaticals, different kind of leaves, flexible working hours) to give consultants more freedom of choice in this :)

Thank you for your prompt replies. Is it possible to expand on leaves and flexible working hours?

Hi Esther! We have multiple programs/initiatives here. A regular sabbatical program allows you to take off a significant amount of time (up to 6 months). We have multiple education related leaves such as a PhD or MBA leave. In addition to that we have an initiative on an entrepreneurial sabbatical which allows you to pursue your business ideas. We are improving flexibilization as well by introducing part time models and by increasing our output orientation (i.e. it does not matter where or how long you work but what the output is at the end of the day)
