What's your favorite thing about being a Roland Berger Consultant? Why did you choose this career path?

Thanks Vera-Maria for this question! I really like two things. First, the variability in my tasks... it certainly never gets boring! :-) Preparing an analysis, writing up slides, aligning with the client, motivating a team member, working on a study, supporting recruiting etc. Just a wide set of very interesting things to do. Second, I really really like to work with highly motivated and smart people. it is amazing who you meet at Roland Berger and how much you can learn
