At Roland Berger, you can choose from a variety of training courses that can enhance your skills. Both hardcore content, for example in data science or restructuring, as well as helpful method training, for example in workshop development or agile working.
You will also find many different trainings for the development of personal strengths or improvement of your efficiency.
Above and beyond this, I have found that my personal development is driven very much through discussions with my mentor or other experienced colleagues. Right at the beginning of your career, you will be assigned permanent contact persons who will accompany you on your way and will challenge and support you thoroughly.
In a nutshell, I can say from my experience that at Roland Berger you have every opportunity to develop in a variety of directions. All it takes is your initiative and curiosity.
