Hi Carola, thanks for you question. In our group case study 3-5 more participants will be present and you will work together on a case study (60 minutes preperation time). The case is then presented to the "board" and our Interviewers will ask questions in between.

Hi Marika - thanks a lot for the information! Will the board only be present during the presentation and Q&A session or also during the preparation phase?
The board will also be present during the preparation phase, so my tip for you is to discuss your ideas and make yourself heard and visible during the phase. The preparation and the interaction within the team will also be evaluated :-)
Dear Marika! Thanks for the detailed response! May I jump in and ask an additional question? Will laptops or additional material to prepare the presentation be provided?
Dear Philippa-Luisa, all material will be provided by us - you don't have to bring anything.

Hello Marika! I would like to ask you a few questions as well:
1. When one is hired as a junior consultant, one typically has little experience in consultancy, barring an internship or student job. What can a junior consultant expect in the first few weeks?
2. How many training days are offered to new hires in a year and what are the topics of such training programs?
Dear Aditya, we offer a kickoff Training (2 weeks) for all our junior consultants, where you will learn all the basic consulting skills. You get to know each other and you will already enrich your network withing the company. In addition there are some mandatory training days, where you can e.g. improve your presentation skills. I would say in the first year round about 15-20 training days.
