Hi Johannes, for OEMs, the largest challenge is normally their heavy baggage from the past 50+ years.
This baggage must be overcome, but structures and people's mindsets are often not as agile as they would need to be to successfully transform the companies out there. Also, past and current success of these companies often make it difficult for the organisations to accept that there is a need for change

In a nutshell, the critical challenge is not availability of technology or know how (which is often already available internally or could be bought by external providers), but the mindset established in the organizations
