Hi Aaron.
Our South East Asian Offices do more regional staffing. Meaning projects will be staffed from all over South East Asia.
In terms of mobility and actually all other topics as well, the Expertise of all around the globe within Roland Berger is gathered.

Interesting! Going off of that, does Asia face similar mobility challenges/opportunities as Germany, or are there core differences?

Core difference is how cities are built. In Germany, we don't have the kind of megacities such as in Asia. So the mobility behaviour is also different. People often only move within the city or really travel, so the distance they cover is usually smaller. That is true for rather dense cities. Opposite would be for North American cities which are often characterised by low density.
