this is a very good question, the answer to which is certainly multilayered.
Digitalization is - just like in other industries - a big topic. Processes will become faster and better, data will become more usable and data quality will improve, and the work of the vast majority of professions in the entire healthcare industry will be made easier and better supported - from insurers and service providers to research and manufacturing companies.
For the future - and thus also for the work of management consultancies in this industry - this does not only mean supporting the conversion of IT systems or the introduction of artificial intelligence in various areas. Above all, it means to develop and implement the correspondingly required development of the organization of the companies, to develop the strategic orientation and goals in order to keep up and be successful in the future and especially it means to include and accompany the employees in this process.

You can see that "digitization" already brings along very different challenges and topics.
