Dear Carina, this is a very good question, the answer to which is certainly multilayered. Digitalization is - just like in other industries - a big topic. Processes will become faster and better, data will become more usable and data quality will improve, and the work of the vast majority of professions in the entire healthcare industry will be made easier and better supported - from insurers and service providers to research and manufacturing companies.
