In what ways will my career progression be supported?

First, you'll get assigned a mentor right from the start of your consulting career. The mentor will be the go-to person for all career related questions and helps you actively in getting staffed on projects, assigned to internal development projects and trainings. Second, at Roland Berger you have an introductory training of two weeks at the beginning of your consulting career. This training does not only equip you with valuable tools/insights for your daily life, but also connects you with your colleagues from all over the world - hence, you start building a network of peers which you can use for advice/exchanges from day one. Third, we have a comprehensive training schedule for all consultant levels which will allow you to grow your hard and soft skills. Importantly, you can choose here from a vide variety of non-mandatory trainings to really develop those areas where you'd like to focus on.
