From studying Psychology at University Salzburg to working at RB

During my studies in Salzburg, I explored different fields of interest, however it was always clear to me that I would like to work with different people. In addition to my master's degree, I then completed an apprenticeship as a coach and trainer, which was highly beneficial. I am very interested in recognizing existing strengths in people and detecting what value they are able to add.

I am part of the team that recruits future consultants.

My colleagues and I are responsible for finding future consultants for Roland Berger. Therefore, it is our goal to find people with diverse backgrounds, personalities and strengths who enrich Roland Berger in the best possible way.
