From working as a waitress to becoming an HR ambassador.

While I was studying my bachelor's degree in European Studies, where I especially focused on the field of sociology, I worked as a waitress. The human factor has always been very important to me when thinking about my future career. That's why I decided to do an internship in an HR department and joined Roland Berger as an intern. I started in the team of our Head of Global Human Resources and later switched to recruiting, where I then joined Roland Berger permanently. Identifying the right colleagues is key for a company's success. I'm very happy to be part of Roland Berger's recruiting team.

I'm in charge of recruiting Roland Berger's future consultants.

Together with my colleagues, I am responsible for attracting and recruiting the next generation of Roland Berger consultants. We have the ambition to hire diverse colleagues who bring in their own strengths and experiences as well as expertise and ideas. We are looking for winning personalities with entrepreneurial spirit.

As I work in our intern recruiting team, I accompany our young talents from day one at Roland Berger. It is very gratifying to be able to welcome many of our interns back later as permanent colleagues. It is nice to see them continuing their paths with Roland Berger shaping our firm's future.
