To kick off Pride Month, from May 30 to June 3, we celebrated our fourth annual Pride Week and our company-wide Diversity Day to continuously make a statement to promote diversity and foster respect as well as acceptance at Roland Berger, our clients and beyond. As a company, we strongly value diversity and especially celebrated it during Pride Week.
"Unity through Diversity", says it all. The richness, the variety and the momentum our differences bring add huge value to our firm. They make it a kinder, stronger and ultimately more successful place to work for all of us. Diversity is an essential part of our B24 strategy, and "diverse" is a key element of our new 9 Pledges.
