At Roland Berger learning does not only take place on the job. We offer our consultants a broad training landscape – including various topics and formats.

Next to our 2-week onboarding program we offer 1-week flagship programs for each career step in our consultants life. These boot camps prepare all our consultants for their next career level and equip them with all crucial soft and hard skills needed to take the next big step in their career. As our boot camps are attended from Roland Berger consultants worldwide, they offer the perfect occasion to build a broad network amongst international colleagues.

Moreover, consultants can freely choose between various other training offerings on technical skills, but also personal development. These training take place both virtually and face to face so we can ensure that everyone can choose their preferred way of learning.

An extensive online coaching program and access to a seasoned e-learning platform complements our offering.

Finally, we are very proud of our Roland Berger Challenge Club – an exclusive 2-year leadership program for selected colleagues who are actively shaping the future and culture of the company. For us being the change you want to see starts with you first!
