One of my favorite cases was a private equity value creation project for a Spanish IT consulting firm which was owned by a German PE fund. They did strategic acquisitions across Europe and the US and we supported them in their overarching strategy, their operating model design and the financial planing. We spent every week in Madrid for a couple of months and had a great time as a team!

That sounds really cool! So it sounds like there's opportunities for both strategy and implementation when collaborating on client projects.

for me it was a project for the Icelandic government. In detail we drafted the hydrogen and e-fuel strategy for 2030 and beyond. Since Iceland wants to become carbon neutral by 2040 and they have a lot of green energy, their focus was on the transportation sector to become more sustainable using hydrogen, e-fuels and electrification. Highlight was the week we spent in Reykjavik, presenting our findings to the Government.

@Hanna L.Which internal specialisation do projects such as your H2 and e-fuels for 2030 fall under?
