Are most of the projects in English, German or are they a good mix of the two?

Hi Sayan, that is actually very dependent on the project location! Generally speaking, the business language in DACH in our "daily doing" is still German, especially when working with SMEs. However, even in these project, the majority of documentation (slides, models, etc.) is done in English as they often have a global relevance for the companies. International projects (I have done projects in the UK, Spain, the Netherlands, Chile, etc.) are done in English. Overall our internal language of communication (at team events, company town halls, etc.) is English!
