Could you describe in a bit more detail how, in case a Praktikant performs well, they get offered a full time position?

Very good interns become part of our "students club" which is a dedicated program to stay in contact until a full time role becomes relevant. When you are a part of the students club, you will have a dedicated HR counterpart and can reach out to them at any time. Once you want to join the company, you let them know and then you jointly look for a mentor (typically a Principal or Partner in the team where you want join). Then, the only final step to a full-time contract is getting to know your mentor in one last interview.
