HR Specialist Full-time Positions Consulting Recruiting

Dear Arnaud, the differences start right in the recruiting-process. For candidates with work experience, we review the previous positions and discuss which Competence Center might be a good fit. You can also apply directly to one of our senior positions via our job portal (https://www.rolandberger.com/de/Join/All-Jobs/?country=WLD#!?audiences.DE=Consulting%20-%20Erfahrene). Depending on the level, we coordinate between 4-6 interviews within the Competence Center. In the onboarding process, our HR development colleagues offer specialized trainings according to your background. Whereas junior colleagues attend a global Kickoff training, candidates with leadership experience take part in our Project Manager Bootcamp. The first project staffing also depends on the previous background and seniority of the candidate. We will select an appropriate project team that offers new entries the chance to familiarize with their role – depending on the career level. If you have more questions, please reach out to one of our HR contacts: https://www.rolandberger.com/de/Join/Join-Us/Contact-Us/
