Have you found it easy to maintain a work-life balance?

Beside recruiting interns, I am also responsible for the onboarding of our interns and for the retention of our top talents. These tasks also involve participating in networking events which sometimes take place on evenings. Thus, following a normal 9 to 5 job is not always possible during busy times, but overall, I can't complain about my work-life-balance. During the week I can meet my friends or go the gym. On a regular working day, I can leave the office on time. Besides that, my mentor encourages me to keep an eye on my work life balance. I am free to work from home whenever I like and taking a day of vacation spontaneously is fine as well.
