What is the work-life balance like in your role?

Normally I am very early in the office, so I have enough time in the evening to do sports or meet up with friends. This is the best distraction for me after a busy day. I also have the possibility to work from home or in the office and in the evening, when I've finished my work, I turn off the business email on my mobile phone.
