Tell me some stories of things your company does to make LGBT employees feel at ease at work?

The main global initiative here is JustBe, a global community that aims to create a safe and welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees at RB through sharing experiences and organising events (for example a session in Lisbon over the summer).

Most offices will also do additional events around Pride, for example in London this year, a couple of the consultants volunteered to give a training about the history of Pride and what it meant to them.
