HR Specialist Recruiting: Consulting Internship Positions
Dear Lucas, thanks a lot for your question! I first came across Roland Berger when I was looking for internship opportunities after finishing my bachelor's degree. Unfortunately, I was not able to do an internship then because of Corona, but I was deeply impressed by the positive company culture. When I applied for a full-time position after my master's degree, it was a mutual match.
My most exciting project was helping to establish the Roland Berger European Female Talent program, which supports female consulting new joiners' personal and professional development, allows them to get to know two other European Roland Berger offices in addition to their home base, and build an international network.
