Dear Vivekanand, thank you for your question. Our work is truly international and so are our project teams. However, we need to respond to our clients' Needs, so for our german offices we need fluent german language skills. Outside Germany, Austria and Switzerland, German is not a pre-requisite! Most of our offices require fluency in the local language. There are, however, some exceptions and it depends on the position. If you have e.g. already consulting experience and relevant expertise in a global industry, it might be easier to join without fluent language skills in the office language.
