Is there an accelerator program to support company internal start-ups?

In line with our core value of "entrepreneurship" we offer our colleagues the chance to drive own business ideas. We will evaluate the idea and invite the best candidates to pitch in front of the jury. If successful, the colleague will be released from work for up to four months and receive "seed money" of 30% of her/his current salary for the business idea. This option is offered if you are at least 24 months with the company.
