Dear Shania,
thank you for your important question. There is no single answer since everyone has its own way to cope with stress. Personally, I do as much sport as possible. Starting the day with an early workout session or ending the day with a run or walk helps me to handle stress and also makes me feel better. Moreover, Roland Berger provides different solutions in this regard such as a sports platform, project commitments and well-being initiatives. Also, we do have a great mentorship program and a strong team bond so that we discuss project and personal topics on a regular basis in order to get helpful advices. Best regards, Julia
