I'm thinking assessing the impact on client's existing services or markets, or assessing potential opportunities?

Hi Andrew, we do both, assessing the impact of climate change on the existing business as well as identifying and monetizing new opportunities. When talking about the existing business, we (for example) assess the impact of changing demand on the sales forecast, the effect of CO2 prices on the client's EBITDA, the required climate adaptation measures, the assessment of investment needs to decarbonize operations ... When talking about new opportunities, we for example assess which sustainable business areas would fit to the client's current portfolio and how to enter these markets
