Thank you for your question. We embrace diversity as a core value of our company's culture. Our "Just be" network offers our LGBTQ+ colleagues a platform for exchange. Besides virtual exchange, they also meet regularly to share experiences and further drive and shape diversity. Last year, we founded our "Just be Friends community", our worldwide community of allies and supporters of our LGBTQ+ colleagues. We foster a working atmosphere in which all colleagues feel highly welcome. We also organize a "Pride Week" in all offices around the globe to further promote this culture. Best regards, Marika
