Recently, I was given a lot of responsibility on a project due to personnel changes. The previous project manager and project partner agreed that I could take over the content on my own instead of hiring a new senior colleague for this project. I greatly appreciate both colleagues for this decision, as it gave me the opportunity to develop extremely well and take on responsibility at an early stage. Despite the personnel changes, I was able to contact them at any time with questions and requests for feedback, so that I continued to receive input from my senior colleagues. In addition to their trust, I really appreciated this additional offer.
