Theresa S.
Senior Consultant
Our roles in consultancy and esp. at Roland Berger change immensely over the course of your career with us. After more than three years with the company I have the role of a Senior Consultant, therefore my tasks are mainly steering big modules or projects, guiding junior colleagues and the client.
In my current role as Senior Consultant I am learning two main things (in our job the learning curve does not stop).
The first thing is taking full responsibility for a project from preparing the project approach, steering the client and at the same time delivering the promised results.
The second topic relating to the first is guiding junior colleagues. Enabling them to achieve good results in their work for the client with the right degree of freedom and keeping them motivated.
