Hi, that's a good question! I really appreciate when interviewees behave naturally, honest and stay to their true self in interviews. I would like to get to know the "real" person to see if there is a personal fit to our company. In addition, I would recommend everybody to also ask interesting questions to the interviewer because it is at least as important that you get an impression on Roland Berger and us as consultants.
