Hi Timm, thank you for your question. Being authentic is most important! As we look at both the personal and the professional fit, you should prepare for both. Take a critical look at your own CV, your previous experiences and your motivation for consulting.
On the other hand, prepare yourself intensively for case interviews. Take another look at current economic issues. We are not looking for perfect case solutions, but at the approach, openness and drive of the candidates to handle the case.
