Thank you for your question. I think for the classic personality interview, it is important that you are authentic and that you stay true to yourself. We are looking for honest personalities who want to grow with us, professionally and personally. Of course, you should be prepared to some questions on your CV and your former experiences. For the case interview, we recommend that you inform yourself e.g. on the internet and in basic literature, refresh business administration knowledge and practice the approach to cases.
