Hi Ann-Kathrin :) For me personally, the most important thing I learned is that you need to actively ask or push for the things you want, e.g. the project you would like to do, the development activities you would like to pursue and even for more private life. No one is going to hand you anything, so you are responsible for ensuring that you are developing yourself in the direction you want, both professionally and personally.
