Describe the most challenging aspect of your role?

As the consulting business offers a service and not a physical product, our HR department plays a decisive role. In addition to my typical administrative PA duties, I deal with a huge amount of different kind of appointments and meetings with shareholders all over the world involved. These shareholders have different kinds of responsibilities, tasks and agendas. Combining all those aspects with the extensively travel schedule of our Head of Global HR keeps my job challenging, but also interesting and worth every day.
