Upon reflection, I think I am most proud of that I have been able, in my role as Project Manager, to help my junior colleagues on the projects to grow. To grow both in terms of hard (Excel, programming in SQL & Python etc.) and soft skills (client interaction, communicating effectively, presenting to the point etc.). It is amazing to see what can be achieved together as a strong team in a short amount of time.
This spirit of learning from each other and helping out each other is something I highly value in Roland Berger's work culture. It gives me ample opportunity to grow myself every day.
