Is it true that it is more difficult/competitive to get a space for an internship during summer?

The consequence for me if this was the case would be to apply for an off cycle internship (e.g. from October onwards)

Hi Felix, thank you very much for your question. What is true is that we get a lot of applications for the summer. Therefore, I recommend you to plan a little more time. I.e. you are welcome to apply for the summer already now. But if you can do your internship at another time: very welcome.
