HR Senior Specialist Internship Positions
Hi Tony, thank you for your question! That's a tricky one as we've had to somewhat remodel our processes to a virtual setting due to the pandemic. (i.e. we can no longer do a group case in the full-time process)
The main difference between the processes is that in the full-time process, we have an analytical test before the interviews. This must be passed with a certain percentage in order to be invited to the interviews. But there's no analytical test within the intern process.
Both processes now have 3 interviews concerning personality as well as technical skills.
That's it for the intern process and we make our decision for an offer or not based on these 3 interviews.
In the full-time process, a final partner interview follows if the previous interviews were successful. With this last interview the full-time process is then also completed and the candidate receives an offer or not.
And of course we take into account the "higher level" of the candidates in the full time process.
