HR Specialist Full-time Positions Consulting Recruiting
All our applications run through our online system, which means that you usually apply online via our homepage for one of the active positions. We separate here between junior and senior profiles. We check both according to a four-eyes principle and have defined criteria. In the best case, you will receive an invitation to one of our recruiting days. In a round of about 8-9 candidates, we welcome you with a detailed Q & A session. This is followed by three parts for junior candidates: an online-based analytics test, a personal interview and a specialist interview with a case. Senior candidates do not have to write an analytic test, but prove their skills in another expert interview. After a copious lunch with one of our Consultants and HR, you will receive initial strengths and weaknesses feedback. If you have convinced in the morning, you will receive the invitation to another group case in the afternoon. If you also perform well here, we will organize a final partner interview in your desired CC for you. For very seniore candidates from about 5 years of professional experience, we usually plan interviews within the CC, in which they bring expertise.
