At what point of your career do you choose a competence centre to join?

Hi Esther, I can answer your question. You will get a lot of insight on our Competence Center throughout the recruiting process. When you join us, you do start in a fitting Competence Center of your choice directly.

This is your "home team" and you will work together with colleagues from all CC's throughout your Career.

Of Course it is also possible to Change your competene Center if you wish and if your development leads you to other Topics.

Is that also the case in the London office? I may have mistaken that only certain offices you can start directly in a competence centre

Dear Esther, well we do have this competence structure in DACH, but outside the Region it is different, you are right. For London, you do not have to decide upfront when joining.
