Hi Philip, Thanks for your question.
The decision on a CC is jointly made between the candidate and the respective CC. The candidate obviously can indicate his preferences (top 3) based on past experiences. This is then matched with the CC requirements to find the right match. So for me it was clear from the beginning that I would like to work in the field of automotive as I'm really enthusiastic about the industry.

So what would be your favourite one? :)

I would be interested in digitalisation topics, and the financial industry. If I would have to choose right now ;)

Ok, sounds great. I mean we do a lot of projects at exactly the interface of both areas. So there should be a good fit.

So then if I would be selected would I join the Financial Services as an industry or the Digital Competence Center?

During the interviews you would talk to colleagues of one or the other CC so maybe you have a preference afterwards.
