Most colleagues rotate through all teams in the beginning of their careers and specialise in a field after 2-3 years based on interest and personal fields of expertise / strengths. However, if you already are an expert in a certain field (e.g., previous professional experience, PhD studies) you will most likely be hired for that specific field
