Hi Shreyas, thanks again for your question. I personally would like to hire someone that is motivated by the job (e.g. not the status) and motivated to help clients. Someone who is enthusiastic about learning and developing themselves further. And someone that is fun to work with and open minded and that one can rely on 100%.
