Hi Konrad, this really varies largely between projects - I've seen everything from 2 weeks to 3 years. It usually largely depends on the topic, i.e. is it about a short due diligence, strategy development or long-time implementation. But on average I would say our projects usually last a few months. On long-term projects, we usually try to give consultants the chance to switch projects after 6-9 months, if they wish to see other projects
