Hi Zoe. Thank you very much for that question. There is a lot of movement going on regarding the topics diversity and Women@RB. We have several initiatives, that might also vary from practice to practice, that support the community building amongst women, ensures an exchange with role models. We also offer separate training sessions.

And yes, gender diversity is definitely a priority. This is also to me personally a very important topic and we are all encouraged and find support if we initiative ideas ourselves.
