The LGBTQ+ community at Roland Berger is a global, dynamic network of LGBTQ+-identifying employees at RB. The community serves as a network for sharing experiences, organizing events and celebrating diversity at the company. There are many internal initiatives that support the community including JustBe, JustBe Friends, Global Pride Week - so there are many opportunities for LGBTQ+ individuals as well as allies to get involved!
