Hi Mélissa, thank you for your question! I really think "Entrepreneurship" as you can create your own career path at RB depending on what your interests are. If you have a topic you would like to pursue outside your consulting projects, you can always go for it (in my case it was reviving the Women initiative 6 years ago for example). So it really depends on how you shape your career at RB and being all entrepreneurial about it. Have a great rest of the week, Kairavee
