Why is RB lagging behind its competitors when it comes to gender diversity?

I am wondering why RB is lagging behind its competitors when it comes to women in senior roles. I count 116 partners/senior partners on your website with only 5 of them being female. It appears to me that RB is more „male dominated“ compared to others. Why is this case and how do you make sure that women feel safe and in „in good hands“ when working long hours onsite or in the office? Thanks

To be honest - I don't know. I have never experiences a negative culture against women. On the contrary RB is driving many initiatives to "win" women.
