Hi Kornelia, I wanted to focus directly on Healthcare topics, that was only possible with RB during my application time back in 2016. Also, I had met several RB people and really felt comfortable. In the end it was a gut decision

Hi Kornelia, I actually never applied at McKinsey. I was looking for a top consulting firm that is smaller but yet has the strategic background and knowhow :) Also, I could identify myself with the core values "entrepreneurship, excellence and empathy". This is why I applied for an internship to get in touch with the company. I really enjoyed it, which is why I started right after my phd :)
