Thank you for this question. Of course, a lot has changed in the last two years. While travelling and working at the client site have picked up again things have not turned back to how it was before completely. Currently, I would say it really depends on the project and the specific requirements. Some project teams work remotely/from the office, some come together every second week or are at the client site 2 days a week. So there is a lot more flexibility nowadays and the traditional Monday to Thursday model does not apply so much anymore.
