Especially in the early stages of a career, does RB offer the chance for rotations across different teams and sites?

Hi Moritz, there's quite a lot of flexibility on project staffing, i.e. we usually staff teams cross-platforms and internationally, so that you'll get the chance to work with different colleagues and clients. We also offer different rotator programs, i.e. both within different platforms as well as to international offices - however, to take part in rotator programs you should ideally be with the company for ~ 2 years
On top we of course also offer different other programs within "B&me" like sabbaticals, academic leaves, part time models and even the possibility to get some free time to develop your own start-up idea with backing from the company
