Hi Laugel, great to have you on the chat. :)
To be honest: It's great. It's great to meet colleagues with the same background from all around the world. And the support from our Just Be Friends network is also amazing.
To give an example: Two years ago (i.e. before COVID-19) we, as Just Be, met up in Paris for 3 days to get to know each other and plan how we can further drive diversity at RB. :)

Yeah I think the network and getting in touch with all the colleagues around the globe is really an asset and makes a lot of fun. We also plan activities for diversity and of course during pride week :)
